KHARE Innovators Tech Inc., doing business as KHARE TECH INC., including its solar division SOLAR KHARE (“KHARE TECH”, “we”), respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, mobile number, email address, company and role (for business inquiries).
- Property details: installation location (street, subdivision, city, ZIP code, province), building type, roof and site conditions.
- Electricity information: monthly consumption (kWh), bill amount, usage patterns and backup-power needs.
- Documents you choose to send us, such as electricity bills or site photos.
How we use it
- To evaluate your solar inquiry and prepare an automated preliminary estimate.
- To let our engineers review, refine and issue a formal quotation.
- To contact you about your project through the channel you prefer.
Preliminary estimates are generated automatically from your answers. They are not a binding offer — the final price and design are always confirmed by our assigned engineer.
Saved progress on your device
While you fill in the quotation form, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you don’t lose them if the page closes. This copy stays on your device; you can clear it any time with “Start over”.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email delivery and mapping providers), and only as needed to handle your inquiry.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailingcontact@wekhare.com.
